This LED-based replacement lamp is designed as a direct, ready-to-plug-in retrofit for 40 watt MR16 halogen. Its well design, which fits most existing fixtures, produces as much light as the 40 watt halogen bulb it replaces, but consumes less than 4 watts of electricity. Since LEDs generate almost no heat and UV light, Lightkiwi MR16 LED Warm White 2900K can light your displays beautifully while still ensuring no harm to your body and eyes. This bulb have 60 individual LED pieces with 5 mm length, which give a brighter light than 3mm. The light bulb will unfortunately not work in all 12V power sources and you may have to replace the transformer/adaptor main unit if it has a problem with low load (it may work if you leave one halogen bulb to carry some load). It is suitable for most rooms around the house, restaurant, and office, emitting a beautiful light source, not harsh on the eyes. The bulb is slightly taller than a standard halogen bulb.
